VisualRF 7 and 8 problem importing pdf, looks black.

    VisualRF 7 can import pdf's but they are showing up as all black background and are unausable.

     

    VisualRF 8  seems to NOT have a pdf import option at all...???

    I've had this previously when the file size was too big, try converting the file to .jpg and keep it under 1MB then re-import the file.

    I am going to try that, also is it true that version 8 cant import pdf? or jpeg?

    thank you! that did work for version 7.

     

    Now, is there a way to import jpeg into version 8???

    Glad to hear it! Again sounds simple but have you tried .jpg as opposed to .jpeg? Also it appears in this version you have to create the Campus, then the Building and upload the .jpg floor plan this way.

     

    The main menu option of "Import Floor Plan" doesn't seem to have the option to import a .jpg.
