i have a problem.i need your help!!

i use:

aruba 7200*2(act-sby vrrp) ver:6.5.0.3

aruba ===L3SW(HP)===Radiusserver

This happened suddenly.

radius auth was all ok,on upper conpo.

but,now arubatoRadiusServer can't send a Radius Packet

i confirmed on L3SW(to RadiusSV port) , no Packet sending from ARUBA.

this problem is Recover by reload all aruba

but,any time(ex: VRRP flap) happend again.

It does not recover until restarted

[aaa testserver]command, returned"AAA server timeout"

and logging message"server_group.c, ncfg_server_getnext:382: Unknown or empty server group "" (method=, user=XXX)"

i know this message logging when radius server down.

but,radius server is wakeup and can ping from aruba to radiusserver.

I was wondering if I mistook the key, but it did not change even if I put it in again

i made ldap auth on this aruba

bat,this auth has no problem.

Can anyone help me a bit on it?

Was the problem present on both controllers? i.e did the aaa test-server work on both or just the master controller?

this problem present on both controllers.

but,this problem happend sometimes.

when have problem on Master controller, i'm reloaded to controller(Several times to recover ).

now, happend StandbyController only.（Because the customer is in use）
