    The path loss model is based on actual path loss testing of the AP in an Azimuth RF traffic generator.

     

    Adjustments to this data are made based on the various inputs given by the user - antenna gain, cable loss, relative antenna tilt/bearing alignment and so on.

     

    But the underlying performance data is taken with real APs in an RF chamber.
