But still, I am able to see the wired Airgroup server on another floor. I believe this might be happening because of Apple's bluetooth based discovery because Apple TV is visible at a particular location.
From Apple TV side I changed Settings > AirPlay > AirPlay and switched from Everyone to Anyone on the Same Network. But still I am able to see wired Airgroup server on iPhone.
