We are in the middle of deploying multicast routing for the use of Informacast by Singlewire. They have a component called desktop notifier that runs on a desktop/laptop and relies on multicast for the alert messages. For that to work on the wireless where we are tunneling all our traffic back to the controllers and the routing is happening on the core 5900 switch and not at the edge buildings for the traffic, what would be the best place to put the rendezvous point, on the 7210 controllers or on the Core HP 5900 switch?
