aruba AP 105 access point deployment

    I am new in aruba AP so Don't have any idea about ap 105s

     

    I have read here that we can't configure ap 105s without controller

    So i want to know that if i configure ap 105s with controller after that can it work with simple poe switch

     

    Means i already configure ap 105 from controller like ssid ip address eventhing then i pull out from controller and insert some poe switch wire will it work with that switch with just lan cable with poe.

    If the model number on the sticker is an IAP-105 (an Instant AP), you can configure it without a controller.  If the model number says AP-105, it requires a separate hardware controller.

    I Know for configuration i need controller

     

    I am asking after configuration done and saved like ssid name ip address etc. Then can i used it with any poe switch just inserting wire from poe switch

    You will need a controller during the operation. It's not that the controller will push configuration, the AP will need the controller all the time.
