aruba OS 6.x code

    i have a controller running 6.x code.. 3600 controller

     

    i have a some RAP-5 that are running 3.3.2.11-rn-3.0.1 and they will not update.. keeps timing out and rebooting rap..

     

    does anyone know the process to get these suckers connected.. or has anyone seen this before.

    i assume there has to be some sort of upgrade process but i am having issues figuring it out.

    Look at the release notes, i'm positive that you have to go to the latest 5.x code first and update the RAP before going to 6.x

    If you don't have a controller with ArubaoOS 5.x code, please contact support.  They have a controller and can assist you
