    Hi all

we recently upgrade an aruba 70xx controller to version 8.6.0.4

we tried to block facebook with a policy that contains:

    user any app facebook deny

      user any app youtube permit

can you please help, because traffic from facebook is not being blocked.

We already applied the policy to a role and is not working.

What can I test to see what is happening with the traffic..

    regards

No worries, you can check a bit more with the following:

    show firewall-visibility status
    show firewall

Ah yes, if you check 'show firewall' and look for the line below, it will tell you if configured etc.

DPI Classification Enabled [Cfg: enabled, PEF license: installed]
