    Are there any other commands other than changing the IP that requires the controller to be rebooted?

     

    specifically, the firewall disable-stateful-sip-processing

    For that command to take effect you don't need to reboot the controller.

    Allowing the controller to do DNS queries you will need to reboot the controller for that command to take effect
    Ip name-server
    Ip domain lookup
    Ip domain name
