    Hi,

I have to configure my Aruba 6000 controllers to support xPrintServer server for Apple iOS device printing.

Has anyone had experience doing this and knows the requirements? I have wireless clients and printer in separate vlans.

I have Cisco routers and switches.

Any help or link would be great!

    Thanks!

I believe that solution uses the same AirPrint/Bonjour/mDNS functionality of native AirPrint printers.   That being the case, it will require a version of ArubaOS that supports AirGroup to enable the printing across VLANs.  6.3 is the latest to support AirGroup functionality; otherwise your clients will only see the printers on their local VLAN.

You mention 6000 controllers.  I assume you have M3 controllers in that chassis?  If not, you cannot upgrade to 6.x
