    Hello everyone

    strange behavior:

    I have a captive portal configured in CPPM with an enforcement that among other things makes a session timeout at 18:00 all days, the access works well, however the problem that I have is that the sessions after 1 hour of connectivity are desconnected and I must force the connection again (the portal captive).

     

    In the AAA and L3 profiles of the controller, I do not have anything special configured, when I check for cli the timeout periods are zero (image attached)

     

    Do you have any recommendation??

    What do you see in the Access Tracker when the client times out? Also at 18:00 when all the clients are automatically logged out, can then simply log back in again afterwards?
