have issue getting good Link Quality between 2x MST200?

    I have 2x MST200 distance between them is 1700 Meter they have good Line of sight but there is a diffrence in hights like 10 6 Meter now I Used Mode 20 MHZ link quality is 13% so how to alignt it to be like 80%?
