health file missing error message while migrating the controller to 8.3.0.0

    Hi, 

     

    I am trying to migrating the 7240XM controller from 6.5.2.1 to 8.3.0.0 version using migration tool. When i am trying to migrate, it is showing error message "health file missing" and thus failing the migration. 

     

    In the separate forum, i saw that this message is due to the setting of cfgfile parameter. However i dont have the cfgfile parameter set in my controller. 

     

    Can you please tell me why i am seeing this message?

    What is the output of 'show boot'? And you have both the controller-ip and default gateway defined?

    show boot

    show controller-ip

    show ip route

     

    We can start there. Also please feel free to open a TAC case as well as they would be able ot help you as well.

    Hi, 

     

    Thank you for yoru reply. 

     

    show boot shows the "default.cfg" as a config-file. 

    Have configured gateway IP and also the controller-ip.
