Click on Certificate Management.  Under that should be a menu item to Create AOS certificate.  If that does not appear, please contact support.

    Hi,

If I try activate a new EVL-AP or EVL-PEF I got an error message how "the certificate is not compatible with this system!"

Have anybody any information regarding this?

    What version of code?

Did you activate the certificate ID to the serial number of the controller
you're trying to install it onto?

Did you go to Certificate Management> Activate an Eval Certificate?

    I use the following steps:

Certificate Management -> Create AOS Eval License -> choose the [EVL-AP] and [EVL-PEF] I got the Cert ID.

Activate Certificates -> Mobility Controller ->

type the Controller serial and copy paste the cert IDs.

When I try to activate, I got the error message what I wrote on the previous post.

Did you choose the right platform for the controller you want to activate for?  Choosing the correct platform when you are Creating the Eval Certificate is important:

Of course, but the AP license [EVL-AP] not contains any controller number. I got a feedback from the support:
