    This is not possible with a single RAP.

    Here's an alternaive that would work but might not be the most appropriate.

     

    Remote mesh.

     

    1. Setup your RAP as a remote mesh portal. 
    2. Configure another RAP as a mesh point and place near Cisco IP Phone
    3. Configure wired port on the mesh point to be on Cisco IP Phone VLAN
    4. Connect IP Phone to mesh point wired port.
