instant firmware 6.5.x

iphone drops data connection - works fine with 6.4.x-x.x.x.x code

anyone on 6.5.x? experiencing the same issues? 

 

I can remember we had such problems before with a buggy firmware but this was almost a year ago - still there are now 3 different 6.5.x versions available all of them have the same problem in our environments (different sites) 

6.5.0.0-4.3.0.0

6.5.0.0-4.3.0.1

6.5.1.0-4.3.1.0

Problem description

iphones connect and they seem to work fine 

randomly the quit working in wifi (wifi shows connected but no data exchange is possible)

disabling and enabling will get them to work again for some minutes 

switching to different ssid will also reinitialize to working mode 

 

we don't experience this kind of problem with code running prior to 6.5.x

Are you using enforce DHCP?

we are not using enforced dhcp 

config:

network assigned dhcp

client vlan static 

wpa2 code

no enforced dhcp

no blacklist

no mac auth

fast roaming r,k,v yes,yes,yes

 

SSID was hidden is now aired due to problems with the first ios 10 version

Take off r,k,v and fast roaming, because they add variables. You should be able to run it just feels be without all of that stuff checked..
