Interference immunity is located in the ARM profile, but it should only be changed with the help of support, because it decreases coverage.

ARM profiles are located under All Profiles --> RF Management --> Adaptive Radio Management (ARM) Profile; they are then applied to the appropriate AP Group.    However, the Non-wifi Inteference Immunity settings are found in the 802.11g and 802.11a radio profiles respectively.    But as Colin mentioned, these settings should be changed with care (and usually with the backing of Aruba support).
