retrieve image failed

    Actually I’m not able to convert AP 345 to Campus AP, and my controller is 7205.

     

    I got the error “retrieve image failed”. Even after resetting both the controller & AP.

     

    On the AP UI, I clicked Maintenance, convert to Campus and point it to my controller IP.

     

    Are there more configurations that I’m missing, or it’s not compatible, etc.

     

    Note: I can ping each other.

    The AP-345 has a minimum OS of 8.3.0.0.  Please make sure that your controller is running that version or later.
