shared-WEP support

    HI,

    I use Aruba Mobility Controller 3600, with AP-135.

     

    I am able to configure open-wep using command 'opmode static-wep'.  Can someone tell me is Shared-WEP authentication supported.  If yes, please provide the command.

    Hi,

     

    Aruba supports

     

     

    1. Static WEP ( Single  PSK )

    2. Dynamic WEP ( WEP with dot1x)

     

    Here Static WEP is PSK ( Pre Shared Key ) bsed.

    Do understand that using wep encryption lowers your available data rates making N speeds not possible. If pre-shared keys are desired you should be using WPA2-PSK (CCMP Cipher (AES))
