    Posted Dec 18, 2013 04:48 AM

I am testing an Aruba instant connected to my firewall (with no policies so far), but sometimes when I click on a website, it doesn't load, although i am still connected to my Wireless network. 20 seconds lader, the website is loading.

When I run a ping to my default gateway (firewall), I see sometimes the ping is timed out for about 5-10 seconds.

This is a what I found in the log af my Aruba instant:

Does anyone knows what could be the problem?

What InstantOS you have installed ?

Have you tried creating another SSID using the Virtual Controller network assigned and see if you can ping the Instant gateway ? this is to eliminate the instant as the issue ?

Do you see a lot of interference from neighbor APs by any chance ? What band is that client connected to .11g or .11a ?

    The instantOS version is 6.2.1.0-3.4.0.3_40346.

When I do continues ping to my Aruba AP, sometimes de request is time out for 5-10 seconds as you can see below. I have the same when I ping from my windows server to the AP, so has to be the AP.

I also pulled out al the other AP's that could be interfering, but the problem remains.

    Any suggestions?
