One customer in internet industry of China, tested aruba Controller,AP,Clearpass and airwave together in their network. They have their own log analysis system.So we configured to export logs on Aruba controller to this system. However,they find that aruba controller logs does not export all info on the activities on client side. Sometimes, client, such as mobile phones, they may out of the coverage area of WLAN, but Aruba controller does not send any logs to their analysis system. and sometimes, Aruba controller may send logs without informations such as username to their analysis system.
Do we have any workaround solution to enable controller ,airwave or clearpass to send messages they prefer to their system?
