visualrf communication timed out.
How can I fix the problem?

Can you confirm if the VisualRF status is running? System -> Status
VisualRF Engine OK /var/log/visualrf/visualrf.logVisualRF Engine Disabled /var/log/visualrf/visualrf.logVisualRF Engine Disabled /var/log/visualrf/visualrf.log
Do you see anything in the /var/log/visualrf/visualrf.log log? Could you attach/paste the output of it?

I use it some time.I have attached a file to help find solutions.

the logs contain some database en process errors, i you havent already please contact TAC (aruba support).
We had an issue where certain calculationg for client position and heatmap generation were backing up in queue. TAC was able to get us working again.
I'll second the motion - this is a job for TAC!
