Having some fun today in the lab. @Anonymous and I have an office one office down from a local deli. We wanted to setup anyconnect and see how many users and types we could get to connect. The deli does not offer an open wireless for the public.

We decided to use the "Mesh" feature to do the following

    • Mesh Portal in Airheads Office/Lab connected to -
    • Mesh Point wired to Mesh Portal in abandoned office between us and the deli. This Mesh portal is this connected to -
    • Another Mesh Point further in the abandon office right on the wall of the Deli.

It has been awhile since I have used the mesh feature in a real deployment. The last time I can remember was 3 years ago for New Jersey Transit rail yards.

What cool deployments have you used mesh for?
