Mobility Master Migration Tool: Error 500

    It is my first time using this tool.

    Version 3.2.0, Build 3

     

    I'm trying to use "Preview Config" but I always get an error '500'. I tried in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and got the same error with no further information.

     

    I followed the Note on the upload screen exactly "Note: For Upload, "tar flash" on the controller. Copy flash backup, untar it and upload /flash/config/default.cfg. " 

     

    Other functions of the migration tool seem fine.

    Try going back to an older version. I have had this issue also a few times and went back to MigrationTool_V3.1.6_ARUBA.ova and that worked for me

    Go under the 8.2.0.0 downloads and you will find the MigrationTool_V3.1.6_ARUBA.ova
